Text that is formatted in a font that is not installed on a computer will display in Times New Roman or the default font. The use of collections reduces the clutter in the font folder. Don't remove this! And no preview for Type 1 fonts.
I'm using Windows 7 and Office 2007. The workaround I found is to open the folder of the font you wish to install, select all and drag to the Win 7 fonts folder.
