IE11 has worked pretty good over the past 8 months (apart from the odd crash). After neither of the microsoft tricks worked, option 3 worked as described. Option 3 worked. I had to clean that off of Chrome and Firefox rejected it (thankfully). I have checked for malware. this content in 2003 as a place for answers to common computer and technical questions.
