Awesome. None of these appeared to work, but discovered what might have caused the problem. This fixed everything in 1 minute. I have had major issues with installing chrome on xp.

Did anyone else have a similar issue? Even option 3, and I tried all 3 downloads. In IE9 itself, x86 is faster than x64 in every metric, mostly due to the JIT.

You probably should talk to your VPN vendor and ask them to support 64bit browsers, considering that their use is likely to become more common over time.
