Have you disabled Enhanced Protected Mode in IE 11 ? Microsoft has recently issued a patch to disable it as the default, due to an incompatibility. I'm not sure if this is an unresolvable issue with this piece of software, or if Windows just doesn't like it. Please read the entire post & the comments first, create a System Restore Point before making any changes to your system & be careful about any 3rd-party offers while installing freeware.
